Food - living entities that come from the entire cosmos
Food is made up of particles and energy that come not only from the earth but from the entire cosmos. Yes, elements from the cosmos have materialized in the shape of flowers, vegetables and fruits. In reality, food materializes on earth exactly in the same way that children materialize in their mother’s womb. To begin with, plants and fruits were spirits in space, but as it is impossible to work on the physical plane without a physical body, these spirits had to comply with the laws governing matter in order to be able to act effectively and sustain life here on earth. So they have incarnated, and when we eat, we are coming into contact with living entities.*
