Be thankful - even for the things that you have hitherto neglected
Those who long for happiness must begin by showing gratitude for all their physical, psychic and spiritual assets, and making an effort to give something luminous to others. So, learn to rejoice, particularly in the things that you have hitherto neglected or scorned. Try each day to find at least one event, encounter or thought that has done you good, that you can marvel at, and tuck it away in your heart and mind. If you thank the Lord every day, if you treasure whatever He gives you, you will possess the magical secret that can transform your life, and the luminous entities of the invisible world will draw near to help you.
