Each person is free to choose their path; they can even decide to distance themselves from the Lord, but what of their destiny then? Those who set themselves apart from God, who do not want to be in the light, what plans can they have? Just ordinary ones: they want to become rich, powerful and glorious; they want to eat, drink and sample every pleasure. And because their ideal is so mediocre, they are there crawling around exploring the lower regions, where disappointment and unhappiness await them. Just by knowing what someone’s ideal is, you can predict their future: they will go where their ideal takes them. It couldn’t be easier for those with a knowledge of initiatic Science to prophesy other people’s future. When you see which track a train is on, you can tell exactly what its destination is and which route it will take to get there.
