The Creator has given us a spirit and a body, but not with the intention that they co-exist as strangers, or even worse, as adversaries. A true spiritualist is one who learns to purify his physical body so that the spirit, finding a clear field, is gradually able to impregnate it with its quintessence to the point of becoming visible and tangible. When this occurs, body and spirit are no longer separate; they have become one. This is the phenomenon that took place when Jesus appeared transfigured before his disciples on Mount Tabor.
