Some people make a great deal of noise in order to appear …

Some people make a great deal of noise in order to appear powerful. The whole world must know how successful they are in everything they undertake and must therefore listen to them and follow them. Of course, there will always be people who are blind enough to be convinced and taken in by such displays. But others who are more sensitive, more clairvoyant, realize that these are just acts designed to hide people’s weakness and dishonesty. Those who possess true power have no need to make a spectacle of themselves. They know that sooner or later others will sense this power. So you see, weakness has its ways, and true power has its ways as well. It is only the great masters who possess true power: they have no need for clever tricks to create a sensation. They have the patience to wait. They know that sooner or later they will be recognized, for it is written everywhere in the universe that in the end it is the wisest and best who triumph.
