If you wish to receive the light, force and spiritual …
If you wish to receive the light, force and spiritual riches of heaven, you must send a request to the Lord: ‘My God, until now I have wanted to be independent, but I realize that this has left me lifeless, weak and impoverished. Now I no longer desire this independence: send me the Spirit of Truth to guide me, to teach me to distinguish true from false and to avoid danger. Inscribe my name in your great Book, for I want to become your servant.’ The Cabbalah calls the Spirit of Truth Rouah ha-Emeth. To enter into relationship with it, concentrate every day on blue light. Imagine its rays surrounding you; feel them penetrate you and pass through you. Gradually you will experience an extraordinary sense of peace, for peace is also related to the colour blue. In the midst of this profound peace, your passions subside, you abandon the prejudices that have led you astray, and everything looks clearer to you.
