Those who do good are not always aware of their actions any …
Those who do good are not always aware of their actions any more than those who do evil. Instinctively, without even thinking about it, they bring help and joy to others. But cosmic Intelligence wants men and women to be aware of the good and evil they do, so that they learn about the laws that govern the universe and their own lives. This is why it’s necessary, after death, for those who have unwittingly done good to not only feel but also see and understand what they have done. For in this, too, there are things they must understand, if they are to persevere with even more conviction on the path of good. It is not enough to act correctly; you should learn to act with an awareness of causes, for then you will understand how the laws governing the universe work. This is why, on entering the other world, human beings discover in detail not only the good they have done but also how this good has affected others, and this is a wonderful lesson.
