If you come to me complaining of a headache, I reply: ‘Well, it's simple, just change your head. Put another one in its place.' You look at me dumbfounded and wonder whether I am mocking you. No, I am serious: you must change your head, in other words change your ideas and thoughts, and your head will feel better. Others come and tell me they no longer know where they are, that they are losing their mind. Of course, they still have their physical head on their shoulders, but they have mislaid their spiritual head, this guiding principle that thinks, reasons, and balances everything within them.
