You do not need to go very far to find out where your uneasiness stems from. When you feel worried or troubled, it means you have been unable to draw towards you the presence of the celestial entities, this presence that enlightens and appeases. You may have allowed unhealthy and polluted elements to enter your physical body or you may have opened the doors of your mental and astral bodies to impure thoughts and feelings. Do not be surprised, therefore, if the luminous spirits keep their distance. You are driving them away by associating yourself with all these impurities, all this rubbish. People who find themselves plunged in darkness, into the cold or thrown into disarray must draw the right conclusions from this and say: 'I brought this situation on myself. Through ignorance and weakness I opened myself up to harmful influences and if now I feel as if Heaven has forsaken me, it is all of my own doing.' And once they have recognized their mistakes they must immediately set to work on their own regeneration.
