Face and body - sculpted by our thoughts and feelings
Every form, every physical manifestation has its origin in the invisible world.* Every thought, feeling and emotion that arises in us gradually assumes the specific shape corresponding to its nature, leaving visible marks upon our faces and bodies. Our thoughts and feelings act first upon the most secret vibrations of our being, then on our emanations, then on our skin, then on our fragrance, and finally upon the shape of our bodies. That is how our current faces and bodies were formed and determined: by all the inner states through which we have lived in previous existences. Disciples, who know that they are the sculptors of their own body, work upon it through thoughts and feelings to make of it a temple, harmonious in form and proportion.
