In a true initiatic school you are not advised to neglect the work and obligations necessary to everyday life, for you must not be a burden on those around you. But you are shown the necessity for dedicating time to nourishing your soul and spirit, so that you may become sons and daughters of God, working in the fields of your heavenly Father. You have come to earth to accomplish great works, and there’s still so much to do! Many, having forgotten why they came, think only of occupying a comfortable place in society. As they are impeccable and irreproachable, according to conventional values, they think they are fulfilling their task perfectly. No, being successful in life isn’t enough to fulfil one’s task. Each day we should devote time to developing our soul and spirit, so their light may eventually impregnate physical matter, and Jesus’ prayer – ‘Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven’ – may one day be fulfilled.
