You breathe hard on a branch in blossom and petals are …

You breathe hard on a branch in blossom and petals are blown in all directions. Nothing is left of this order, this subtle harmonization which was responsible for all this beauty. Well, this is what you do also when you let yourself go in a fit of anger, jealousy, cupidity and sensuality. You produce a breath, a draft that disturbs the harmonious arrangement of atoms and electrons within you. It is the disruption of this inner organization which is at the origin of psychic and even physical illnesses, and which ends by cutting you off from the spiritual world. That is why, when you are troubled or feel a malaise, or when you sense a negative current passing through you, speak to your cells. Tell them, 'Come on, calm yourselves, I am sending you harmonious and loving waves, so obey and go back quietly to your work.' Never let a negative state take root in you; try to put it right immediately.
