To love and be loved: this is the only divine right given …
To love and be loved: this is the only divine right given by the Creator to all his creatures, and no one is permitted to deprive them of it. But you do need to know where and how to find love if you are to avoid misunderstandings and suffering. By seeking to perfect the way you love, you will one day reach the stage where you will be drawing on the love that fills the universe. Why think that in order to receive or give love you have got to hold a man or a woman in your arms? When you walk with someone, when you talk with them, look at them, or send them a greeting, that is love, love in its most subtle and spiritual form. You’ve had this experience, haven’t you? And you felt filled with light… So why not look to find these states again, to prolong them for as long as possible and even intensify them?
