Learning to relax is indispensable if you are to remain active all day long without tiring. And these moments of relaxation must not take place only once or twice a day, but ten, fifteen or twenty times a day. They need not last long: a minute can suffice. Whenever you have a free moment, wherever you are, instead of remaining tense or becoming irritated because someone has kept you waiting, make the most of the situation, bless heaven and say: ‘O Lord, this gives me yet another chance to calm down, to recover my equilibrium and take up my activities with renewed energy, with my batteries completely recharged.’ This is the way to think and act. And don’t be afraid you will be wasting your time: you will get it back in abundance.
