Learn to meditate on the ten sephiroth, the Tree of Life, with the consciousness that this cosmic Tree is also within you and that the only worthwhile activity is to make it grow, flower and bear fruit. Don’t worry about how long it will take before you are truly able to identify with this Tree of Life. Perhaps you will have to return to earth thousands of times to continue this work. But one day, these ten sephiroth, which dwell within you, will begin to vibrate, and the whole of your inner being will be illuminated by the lights of the Tree of Life.
