Meditation is an activity which places us at the frontier …

Meditation is an activity which places us at the frontier between two worlds, one above us and the other below. From this intermediary region in which we find ourselves, we set elements, forces and entities in motion by means of our thoughts. Those who meditate, therefore, are not passive but active: with their thoughts they can either build or destroy, organize things or disrupt them, and if they are not enlightened or intelligent they obviously disrupt more than they organize. Whether they know it or not, they are physically, chemically, moving forces and elements either for good or ill, either to build or destroy. So pay attention to the state you are in when you decide to meditate: always strive to give a luminous purpose to your work with thought.
