Many men and women feel they have been thrown into a strange or even hostile world. Why ? Because they have lost touch with nature. They have lost that feeling of friendship, of well-being with all that surrounds them : the plants, the rocks, the animals, the sun, the stars, etc. Even when they are in the shelter of their own homes they are worried and troubled. Even in their sleep they feel threatened. This feeling is subjective, however, because in truth nothing really threatens them, but inside something has started to disintegrate and they no longer feel protected. They therefore need to put their inner selves back in touch with universal life so as to understand its language and to work in harmony with it.
