What does it mean to live an intense life? People who live an intense life can travel at the speed of light, and even faster, because whereas it is true that in the physical plane light travels fastest, in the etheric plane, astral plane and mental plane we can reach far greater speeds. Indeed, with our thought, with our spirit, we are capable of travelling at speeds of millions of kilometres per second. The light from the sun takes eight minutes to reach the earth, whereas thought can project itself instantly to the most distant point in space. The spirit travels much faster than light, but in the physical plane, light is the example we must follow, because it is light that teaches us to intensify the movement of life within us.
