For too long, science has gone down the path of analysis, which separates, cuts, dissects, etc. Of course, it is necessary to analyse a certain point of detail from time to time, but synthesis is the only method that is truly useful and fruitful, because synthesis alone brings about life. With analysis we limit ourselves, we shrink more and more. We can even say that analysis leads to death, whereas synthesis tends towards life. As proof, consider how a mother forms her infant. She assembles billions of elements, and the child is the living synthesis that moves, eats and speaks. Later, when the hour of analysis strikes, each particle of the body departs to re-join the region from which it came: earth, water, air or fire – just as characters are returned to the typographer’s drawer. So, if you always persist in analyzing and dismantling things and beings, you will march towards death, spiritual death.
