The consciousness of those who sincerely want to learn to live in a spiritual community always changes for the better. Realizing that selfish, undisciplined behaviour on their part would inevitably cause disruption and conflict, they do their best to be in tune with the other members, and this synchronization with the community assists their own progress. And as this community strives in turn to be in tune with the great cosmic collectivity, good things come to those who work to live in keeping with its rules. So, when human beings try to be in harmony with others and to live a more selfless, open and universal life, they are always the richer for it, because they come in contact with Cosmic Intelligence, and receive its blessings.
