The intellect neglects, scorns and even works against moral …

The intellect neglects, scorns and even works against moral values, the values of the heart, instead of presenting, explaining and glorifying them. And yet the moral world represents the roots of the intellect, and are there to nourish it, fortify it and make it grow. Separated from its roots, the intellect loses its vigor because it cannot get its nourishment by itself. That is why it is presently failing its mission. Since the heart - the moral world - represents the roots, the intellect then represents the branches, leaves, flowers and fruits. It is true that the intellect blooms wonderfully, it is a splendor, but without its roots, it becomes like a dry branch. The intellect needs the heart in order to express itself to the fullest.
