Each time you create silence in yourself in order to pray …
Each time you create silence in yourself in order to pray or meditate, numerous friends from the invisible world come to help you, to lift some of your burdens. And when you go back to your usual occupations, they do not leave but continue to work on you, to prepare you, for they need workers for the kingdom of God. Therefore, if you want to keep their friendship, be vigilant and try to increase these moments of silence so you can participate with these beings in spreading the light. You must devote yourself to one single idea: the realization of the kingdom of God on earth. If it is not realized outwardly, it will at least be established within you, and this in itself will be magnificent. Even if your work cannot transform the world, at least you yourself will be transformed, because all sincere effort produces results and is rewarded.
