Remembering - our current life in a future incarnation

‘I am sure I have been on earth before,’ some people have said to me, ‘and I know I shall come back again. But I have no memory of my past lives, and I would like not to forget everything about this one. Is there a method for remembering certain experiences we have had and certain people we have met?’ Yes, there are methods, and I can at least give one for those of you who are interested. For example, take a mountain as your starting point, or something that will stand the test of time. It could also be a building that is famous worldwide, for even if one day it is destroyed there will still be reproductions of it in certain books. Look at this mountain or building often, and tell yourself, ‘When I come across it again in a future life, I want to be able to recall such and such events from my present life.’ This will create a link between you and the mountain or building. You are imprinting an image that will continue working within you, and when you reincarnate you will come back with it. As soon as you set eyes on the mountain or building you focused on, the image will awaken your memory of the events you took in during the course of that lifetime.
