Peace - is only achieved if we train our cells

Have you seen wild animals in a circus? As long as the tamer is there, they keep quiet and obey him, but as soon as he leaves them, they growl and provoke each other and are ready to pounce on each other. Well, you should know that the same thing happens with the cells of your body. So long as you are present, you control them, and they are docile. But the moment you absent yourself or drop your guard, they do as they please, and your body suffers as a result. So you must take care of your cells, quieten them down, nourish them, purify them. Then, of course, you must no longer think of them as wild animals but as your children. And it is only when you have succeeded in training them to do their work without arguing or quarrelling that you will finally know peace.
