Patience - exercises to develop it
Do you realize to what extent each impatient movement you allow yourself goes against your ability to express your good qualities? You don’t, do you? Well, be on the lookout, and when you feel anger or exasperation getting the better of you, still yourself, breathe deeply, and summon all the powers of peace, harmony and light to help you find the best attitude. Working with the breath is so important! So, when you do the breathing exercises in the morning, you can also inwardly repeat the word ‘patience’, immersing yourself in its meaning, its vibrations and its aura. And while you are saying this word, add a meaningful image to it that will increase its power, with the result that this virtue will eventually fill your whole consciousness. Then you will truly feel you are gaining mastery over yourself.
