Meditate - for both oneself and for the collectivity
During your meditations, you must strive to focus your mental energy on a given point, a goal that you wish to attain. This goal can be personal, but it can also be collective. Ideally, it should be both personal and collective. If you concentrate exclusively on the collective, forgetting yourself completely, you will exhaust yourself and you will soon have no more strength to continue your work. And if you concentrate exclusively on yourself, you will be at odds with the collectivity, forgetting that you are only a small part of a whole, with which you need sensible and harmonious exchanges if you are to maintain a balance, otherwise you will encounter obstacles and shocks. True wisdom teaches us to combine the two: to work for others, and at the same time, for ourselves.
